These terms govern your use of this website. If your firm engages Sophura, the engagement itself is governed by a signed master service agreement (MSA) and statement of work (SOW) — those documents, not this page, define the service relationship.

Where we make an actual performance commitment, it appears in a signed statement of work — including the 60-day guarantee described on our Plans page, whose precise terms are defined per engagement.
