The Sophura guarantee

If Sophura doesn’t capture more qualified intake calls in your first 60 days, you don’t pay the retainer for those months.

No asterisks doing heavy lifting. Before we start, the statement of work defines — in plain language — what counts as a qualified intake call, how your baseline is measured, and how the credit works if we fall short. You’ll know exactly what we’re accountable for, because we wrote it down.

Why we can offer it: the system is built from a proven personal-injury blueprint, tested against edge cases before go-live, and monitored every day after. We’re not betting on luck. We’re betting on engineering.

The rollout

The first seven days.

“Implementation” shouldn’t be a quarter-long mystery. Here is the actual schedule from kickoff to your first AI-answered call — with your staff trained and nothing left vague.

  1. Day 0

    Kickoff

A 45-minute call: we collect access (phone, calendar, case management system), confirm your qualification criteria and escalation contacts, and set the go-live date.

  2. Days 1–4

    Build

Your agent is configured from our proven personal-injury blueprint — your practice areas, your greeting, your consultation types, your integrations. You receive a daily progress note.

  3. Days 4–5

    Test

We run the system through edge cases: distressed callers, no-availability days, unqualified matters, escalations, time zones. You and your staff make test calls until it feels right.

  4. Days 5–7

    Go live + training

Calls start flowing. Your team gets a 30-minute walkthrough and a written handbook. We watch every call closely for the first two weeks and tune daily.

Timeline reflects a standard Starter/Growth deployment; multi-office and custom-integration builds get their own schedule in the statement of work.

Engagement questions

The fine print, in large type.

How is pricing structured?

Two parts: a one-time setup fee that covers discovery, configuration, integration, and testing, and a monthly retainer that covers operation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Setup is billed 50% to begin and 50% at go-live. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because honest pricing depends on your call volume and your average case value. A two-attorney firm taking 40 calls a week and a three-office firm taking 400 are different systems. The intake audit puts exact numbers on it — including what the status quo is costing you — in about 20 minutes.

What does the guarantee actually cover?

It’s simple: if the system doesn’t capture more qualified intake calls in your first 60 days than your baseline, you don’t pay the retainer for those months. “Qualified call” and the measurement method are defined in plain language in the statement of work before we start — no fine-print surprises.

Are we locked in?

No long lock-ins. After the initial commitment, engagements run month to month. We’d rather earn the renewal with a report you can read in dollars than with a contract clause.

Who owns the system and the data?

Your firm owns its data — transcripts, intake records, recordings — full stop. The deployment is built for you, documented, and portable. Ownership terms are spelled out in the MSA.

What does the retainer include month to month?

Operation and monitoring of the agent, prompt and flow tuning, integration upkeep as your tools update, new-scenario handling, and a monthly report framed in business impact: callers qualified, consultations booked, estimated case value captured, staff hours saved.

The audit is free. The arithmetic is yours to keep.

Twenty minutes: your call flow mapped, your leak quantified, and a recommendation — even if the recommendation is that you don’t need us yet.
