Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026 · Sophura LLC

We build systems that handle sensitive information for law firms, so we hold our own website to the standard our clients hold us to. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we deliberately don’t.

What this website collects

Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We see aggregate page views and referrers — never individual identities, IP-based profiles, or cross-site tracking.

Forms and email. The audit request form on this site opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client; the information you send reaches us as ordinary email and is not stored in any website database. The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter never leave your device unless you choose to email them to us.

What we don’t do. No advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels, no sale or sharing of personal information, no cookie banners because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

Information you send us directly

When you email us or book an audit, we receive what you send — typically your name, firm, role, and contact details. We use it to respond, to prepare your audit, and for no other purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

Client and service data

For firms that engage Sophura, intake and call data is governed by the master service agreement and data-processing terms signed with each firm — not by this website policy. In summary of those terms: data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is least-privilege and audit-logged; AI providers are used on zero-data-retention tiers so caller information is not retained by model providers or used for training; we sign NDAs and, where health information is involved, BAAs; and each firm owns its transcripts, recordings, and intake records outright. Details are documented per engagement.

Retention and deletion

Website-related correspondence is retained only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. Service data retention is defined in each firm’s agreement, and data is deleted on termination with written confirmation.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sophura.com. We respond to all requests, typically within a few business days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, for active clients, provide direct notice.
