Why does this page exist?
Because a desk that implements AI-transparency obligations for clients should hold itself to the disclosure it sells. This page says plainly what AI is used for here, what data reaches it, and what never does.
What AI does the desk use?

Two reasons, both principled. A compliance question deserves a considered written answer from a person, not a widget's guess — the contact page promises one business day, and means it. And an AI chat interface on this site would itself carry Article 50 obligations; a desk that sells that implementation chooses to demonstrate restraint rather than decoration.
